レンジで簡単 上新粉バナナ蒸しパン –
Cap cake with glutinous rice flour and Banana by microwave
接着や 刻苧などの基材として使う「のり」を作るために買った上新粉。意外に余って、使い道がない…（おかずとかにあんまり使わないし…）ということで、どうやったら毎回きれいに処理できるか考えて、おいしく平らげました^^
Glutinous rice flour is used to make glue as a basis of adhision and Kokuso. But after using it, most part is left and there is not much way to use it up… (We don’t often use it for regular meal…)
So, I searched around and found a way to eat up nicely 🙂
作り方 – Recipe
⏰ 調理時間 20分くらい
材料
- バナナ半分 (100g)
- 上新粉 100g
- 水 125ml
- 砂糖 大さじ1
- ベーキングパウダー 小さじ1/2
⏰ Duration approx. 20 min
Ingredients
- 1/2 Banana （100g）
- Groutinous rice flour 100g
- Water 125ml
- Suger 1 tablespoon
- Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
まずバナナをフォークで潰します。
続いて他の材料を全て入れてしっかり混ぜます。
カップの8分目まで生地を入れて、500Wのレンジで4分加熱します。
串を指して生地がついてこなければ、出来上がり♪
First, squash banana with a fork.
Add all the other ingredients and mix them well.
Divide it and fill up to 80% in cups. Then, heat up in a microwave with 500W for 4 mins.
Stick a skewer into the dough, and if no dough attached to the skewer, it’s done♪
しかーし！レシピ通り作成したものの少し固いし甘さが足りない…！次回は、もっと水とベーキングパウダーを多めに入れるか？！反省点としては、上新粉は全て使い切ったのですが、ベーキングパウダーが余ってしまった！（上新粉が余っていた時より小さいけど…）
普通の薄力粉を使った蒸しパンレシピは多いので、今後消費していきます！あと、砂糖は一切家に置いていなかったんだけど、これも新しく余ってしまいました。使う用途が多いからいいけど。。
Although I made it following the recipe, somehow it’s hard and not sweet enough…Next time, should I add more water and baking powder?!
Besides, some baking powder is left while I could use up the glutinous rice flour… (baking powder is smaller than the flour though) So I’m gonna use the baking powder up by making steamed bread with regular soft flour.
Moreover, some sugar is left although I have never bought sugar by now. I will find ways to use it up. (Maybe there are more recipe with sugar than with glutinous rice flour)
